Anthology for COP27

The Green Stories Project, in association with Herculean Climate Solutions brought together sustainability experts and experienced writers (e.g. Kim Stanley Robinson, Paolo Bacigalupi, Sara Foster and others) to compile an anthology of 24 top climate solutions wrapped up in engaging stories.

We made these available at no cost to the thousands of delegates and attendees of COP27. The hope is they will be inspired by solutions in the stories and think ‘I can make something like that happen in my country.’ Each story has an associated webpage accessed via a QR code with more information on how we can achieve the climate solutions proposed.

  1. I am writing a short story. Am I correct that it is due by the end of June at what ever level of draft form it may be in?

I think I missed the virtual meeting you were offering. It’s now nearly 1pm in Colorado, US … Sorry. Might it have been recorded?

    1. Hi Nancy,
I’m not sure which one you are referring to: We have a short story competition with a deadline of 21st July on the theme of clean vs green – see
Also we are co-ordinating an anthology of climate solutions wrapped in short story targeted at COP27 delegates for experienced writers – see – for this one we’d like to see 1st drafts asap. I’m away from 27th June to 5th July so if you can send something before 27th that would be great, otherwise, 6th July would be fine.
