We have just launched a superhero competition to write 2000 words for a graphic novel (images optional). Deadline is 15th April 2023. Winners get £500 (or other currency equivalent) and their entry illustrated.
On a different note, the deadline for the Orna Ross Green Stories novel prize has passed and we’re keen to recruit more judges. We can offer a token reward as thanks. If you can help, please email us at greenstories@soton.ac.uk, saying what genres you prefer, your experience and how many you can do in a month (entries are min 4000 and max 10,000 words – 3 chapters + synopsis).
